POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing complex cross-functional projects supporting the continued development and process improvement of the organization. They will manage project implementations, obtain requirements, evaluate and determine objectives, goals, and scope of multiple complex projects, and overcome barriers. The day-to-day management of projects includes risk management, resource management, scope management, stakeholder communications, and interdependencies between projects or programs. They will be responsible for networking across the organization to drive initiatives, strategies, issue resolutions, and alignment. This includes creating, monitoring, and providing ongoing communications to appropriate stakeholders while facilitating the effectiveness of the project team by growing their capabilities to organize, manage, and make decisions. They will also identify risk areas and provide alternate strategies to leadership that address concerns as well as manage interdependencies or dependencies between projects or programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Project management excellence that includes appropriate scoping, tracking, resource management, reporting, risk management and issue escalation.
- Communicate regularly with executive sponsors, leaders and key stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project plans.
- Provide regular project status reports and executive summaries.
- Acts as a liaison between company, customers and vendors.
- Evaluate Project performance.
- Ensure Stakeholder Satisfaction.
- Develops clear and complete handover to the department who will manage the project/program going forward, where appropriate.
- Organizes and maintains timelines for all projects.
- Facilitates project meetings, prompts responsible staff to adhere to timelines for projects.
- Coordinate’s meetings, records minutes.
- Performs documentation management for all assigned projects.
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all customers with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every day.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business or health-related field required
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
5+ years of large-scale full-cycle project management required
Experience/knowledge of healthcare industry business or clinical required
Experience in project management methodologies
Advanced knowledge of all MS Office applications, including MS Visio
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in Ambulatory Surgery Center setting
Lean Six Sigma Certification or Agile Certification
