POSITION SUMMARY

The RMC Coordinator, in collaboration with leaders, maximizes resource efficiency through the end to end resource cycle form schedule creation through precise placement assuring the right person at the right place at the right time.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Maximizing Core Staff.
  • Maximizing Contingency Staff.
  • Resource Planning and Deployment.
  • Review outcomes and collaborate on opportunities to improve resource placement decisions.
  • Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.
  • Provides all customers with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors daily.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in workforce planning is required.
  • Customer relationship management acumen required. 
  • Computer literacy, including working knowledge of commonly-used business software required. 
  • Knowledge and experience with nurse scheduling or scheduling software required. 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience preferred.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENT FACTORS

  • Requires extensive sitting with periodic standing and walking.
  • May be required to lift to 20 pounds.
  • Requires significant use of computers, phones, and general office equipment.
  • Needs the ability to communicate effectively through reading, writing, and speaking in person or on the telephone.
  • May require off-site travel.

SCOPE AND COMPLEXITY

  • This position involves collaboration with facility leadership to maximize staff resources by aiding in the development of effective schedules, identifying gaps and critical needs, developing strategies to fill critical needs.  Also, analysis of schedule and metrics required to identify, plan, and assist with implementing opportunities for facilities to improve during the next scheduled period.  Work is performed in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment where there may be conflicting priorities or tight deadlines.



 



Compensation: $23.27 - $34.09
